Columns (Color | Project Name...)

The title of each column on the "Projects" screen is a link. Click on the column link to sort the content in a column.

Color Column: Project colors and the percentage of completion can be viewed in the color column. Project colors are selected when you create or edit a project.

Project Name: This is entered when you create or edit a project.

Start Column: The date that the project is scheduled to start on.

End Column: The date that was set as the target end date of the project. The target end date is set when you create or edit a project.

Actual Column: Shows the actual completion date when the project was set to 100% complete.

P Column: Visual identification of projects that contain a task(s) that has been flagged as a problem. Problems are flagged by checking the "Problem" box when creating or editing a task log.

Owner Column: Indicates the person who created the project by default or has been designated as the owner of the project.

Tasks (My) Column: Displays how many tasks are within the project. The number in parentheses ( ) shows how many tasks are delegated to you. 

Selection Column: Click on the Selection check box to reset a project(s) status and click on the drop down menu to select a new project status. Complete this by clicking "Update Project Status".

Status Column: Used to indicate the current status of the project.
