Quick Start (Tickets)
Click on "Tickets" in the main menu to add, edit, or create trouble tickets.
Note: if you cannot see the "Tickets" item in the main menu, this feature may have been turned off or not installed on your system.
The trouble ticket system gives your users a meansof reporting problems to you that require your attention.
